🐾 Meet Mocha: Your Future Furry Best Friend! 🐾
🐶Name: Mocha
🕰️Age: 5 years old
📏Size: Medium
💙Gender: Male
📍Location: Kent
⭐️At just shy of 5 years old, Mocha is a medium-sized bundle of love weighing in at 19.3 kg. This loving boy is searching for his forever home, and he’s ready to fill your life with joy and cuddles!
💖Personality: Mocha is the epitome of a loving companion. He adores meeting new people and will eagerly roll onto his back for belly rubs from anyone willing. Whether it’s head scratches or snuggling up at your feet, Mocha thrives on companionship and is always ready to hop into your lap for a good cuddle session. His playful spirit shines through as he chases after toys, birds, or even joins in on family games with kids!
👦🏻Family Friendly: Mocha has a special way with children, displaying gentleness and joy around little ones—even those who may not be the biggest fans of dogs. His calm demeanor indoors makes him a perfect addition to any family looking for a loving pet companion.
💫Quirky Traits: This sassy boy has a charming personality that matches his striking appearance. Mocha is a master of the side-eye, always knowing what he wants and ensuring you’re aware of it! He has yet to meet a stuffed toy he can’t destroy in record time, and when he gets excited, he bounces around like a little kangaroo in ‘downward dog’ position waiting for you to throw his ball. After a good run, don’t be surprised to find him rolling in the grass or any cushy area he can find, scratching his face blissfully.
🧠Training & Behavior: Mocha is a fast learner who responds well to training, especially when food is involved! He knows basic commands like sit, paw, lay down, and more. With a bit of consistency and love, he’s ready to learn even more. While he can be vocal in excited moments and is lead-reactive to other dogs, Mocha is constantly working on his obedience skills, making commendable strides every day.
⚽️Health & Lifestyle: Mocha requires at least an hour of exercise a day to channel his youthful energy, and despite his love for adventure, he isn’t a big fan of car rides, often needing breaks and cuddles to feel comfortable. He is well toilet trained and can hold it through the night, making him an excellent addition to any home.
🐱As for his relationships with other pets, while Mocha is not particularly fond of cats, he has successfully cohabitated with them in the past through careful introductions. He’s a little uncertain around loud noises and can be wary of vehicles on walks so a calm and understanding environment will suit him best.
💕A Special Connection: Some of the most cherished moments with Mocha include watching him come out of his shell to make his very first dog friend and witnessing the pure joy on his face during off-leash runs in the park. Mocha is also a loyal companion during tough times, providing comfort and love whenever it’s needed most.
🩺Mocha is a healthy boy, but can occasionally suffer sensitivity with grass. He has previously had anti itch tablets for this. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, flea & wormed and brucellosis tested.
