    ❤️Meet Ivy a 7 month old small size female weighing approximately 7kg, she is currently based in Reigate and is unfortunately looking for a new home. Ivy is an extremely gentle and polite girl, and takes toys and treats very gently. She is quite a calm girl despite being a pup and is very sweet and loves her chew toys. She is very inquisitive and likes to join in with whatever her family is doing. She loves to sniff, play tug, chase toys and of course belly rubs! She is a funny girl and likes to greet people on her hind legs and sleep with her legs up in the air. She acts like a police dog and loves following scent trails, she also enjoys digging, running around the garden, playing fetch and cuddles where she burrows herself in to you.

    💛Ivy is incredibly intelligent she picks up new commands and training quickly. She is great while her family are eating and will not jump up or bark. She is pretty gentle on the lead, but can play bite when putting on her harness as she gets so excited, and can pull when she see’s other dogs on walks as she is reactive to other dogs out on walks. She has been out in the car and done extremely well. Toilet training is a work in progress majority of the time she does toilet outside but still has the odd accident, usually over night. She knows commands such as sit, down and bed and she is currently learning spin, drop and stay with lots of positive reinforcement by using the word yes and a treat straight after.

    💚Ivy is reactive towards other dogs and unfamiliar people. She has difficulty settling and frequently barks within the home environment. Ivy is not sleeping through the night currently. She Growls at reflections around the flat (shiny surfaces including mirrors, windows and kitchen cabinets. She has general signs of anxiety and overstimulation in response to environmental triggers.

    🧡Ivy would benefit from a child and pet free home with owners who are experienced with her issues and can help her overcome these.

    🩺Ivy is a healthy girl, she is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flead & wormed and brucellosis tested.

    🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter’s expense.
