Everything was great, we were checked out thoroughly as potential homes and I was impressed with the home check, application questions and how you cared about where these dogs were going. The transport was amazing, clean super vans where the dogs had as less stress as possible. We were kept in the loop throughout. Fantastic.

We adopted our little man Rocky (now Remi) through the Paw Project ❤️ the whole process was seamless and they made it so easy!! We were also kept informed at every step of the way while he was on transport van to us. I can’t fault the experience and our perfect little guy has settled in so well and completed our family! 100/10 every step of the way. I’ve previously rescued a North Macedonia dog from another rescue and didn’t get anywhere near as much communication. Definitely didn’t help the excitement! 😂 Louise and Simone organised everything for us and made everything clear and were supportive with any questions. Can’t thank Anda Angheluţă enough for rescuing my new girl as well as the others! Some donations are currently on the way! Thank you for everything that you all do!

Truly will always be a memorable experience for us as a family the suspence and excitement all rolled into one. Wonderful people with never any time to themselves Louise, annabelle and simone always at hand. All concerns cleared with them in just a few minutes and I would most definitely use or recommend any future adopters to use THE PAW PROJECT without a doubt ❤

Tino was a long time in planning. I researched as much as I could. Simone Pattyson was the person I spoke to the most and I can't fault her. Answered all my questions quickly and really put my mind at rest. During the adoption, they made sure I was a good fit which encouraged me that all the dogs are going to the right homes, during transport they provided updates regularly and tracking so we could track our pups like the santa tracker, only better. Once he arrived after 3 days of travelling, he was exhausted and just slept. Today he's showing his personality and I'm even more in love. They do really care about the dogs and I will defo be getting another once tino has settled ❤️ couldn't recommend them enough!

Absolutely excellent response/support and follow up. Walter (was Bear) was our second adoption from Romania, but our first with The Paw Project Uk. Whilst wanting to “get it right” for the dogs, the rescue have realistic expectations of normal family life. Which means you can be matched appropriately. 110% rescue

The whole process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. The team are super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. They kept us updated at every step of the way and you can really tell they take great care of the dogs. We adopted Alma (now Isla) just over a week ago. As others have said, from the point at which I first enquired, the admin team have been there, dealing with each step diligently and efficiently and keeping us updated. Once we were approved, nothing was too much trouble and we were able to request extra pictures and videos which were sent through promptly from the rescuer in Romania. The transport process was faultless and we were kept up to date the whole time. The support since Isla arrived has also been great, and I know that I can ask anything at all and someone will get back to me. A fabulous team providing a fabulous service, ensuring the dogs are placed in the right homes, but keeping the humans happy too. Now we just need to resist expanding our fur family. Thank you so much for everything you've done for us

Belle arrived on Thursday. It was well worth the wait. From the first time we spoke to Simone and the other admin to Pamela who did the home check we knew we had made the right decision to adopt. The whole process has been straightforward but emotional at times when we became aware what the rescuers experience and the dogs have to endure. We were made aware of our obligations The Paw Project has helped us immensely and we will always be indebted to them xx
