    🏠Home requirements: Can live with other dogs, dog savvy older children, but needs a cat free home. Due to his nerves, he also needs access to his own private garden.

    ❤️Boppit is a 1.5-year-old, medium-sized boy (around 20kg) with the softest heart. He’s an extremely gentle soul — quiet, affectionate, and truly a little sweetheart.

    💛He’s a great eater, settles well at night, and is almost fully toilet trained. With just a bit more consistency, he’ll have it completely mastered.

    🧡Boppit is currently not going on walks, as he feels anxious around leashes and harnesses. His future family will need to be patient and kind, helping him work through this at his own pace. He doesn’t need rushing — just understanding and reassurance.

    💚Before Boppit made his big journey to the UK, he was a confident, playful and lively character who made strong bonds with his rescuers and with the other dogs at the shelter. Unfortunately he was returned around a week after coming to the UK, so we expect him to return to himself with a patient and loving family who will allow him to decompress and come out of his shell at a pace that suits him.

    🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter’s expense.
