    🌹Connie is a beautiful, gentle soul who is searching for a very special family. Life can feel overwhelming for her at times, so she needs a calm, patient home that will help her continue to grow in confidence.

    💐Once Connie loves you, she is completely devoted. She’ll happily follow you around like your little shadow, always ready for cuddles, kisses and comfort. She has the sweetest way of nudging you for attention and somehow always seems to know when you need a hug.

    🌸Her favourite days are spent exploring secure private fields, where she can enjoy a good run on a long lead and leap through the long grass. She also loves anything involving her nose – snuffle mats, scent games and searching for hidden treats or toys are guaranteed to make her happy. She even enjoys burying her bones and, for reasons only Connie understands, occasionally digging at the sofa!

    🌺Connie is fully toilet trained and loves her crate, which is her safe space to relax and sleep. She travels brilliantly in the car because she knows it usually means an adventure to one of her favourite places.

    🌷She knows sit, stay, lay down, paw, spin and high five, and she loves learning at home where treats are her biggest motivation.

    🌻Because Connie is a nervous girl, she can be reactive on walks and must remain on lead at all times. She is looking for an understanding owner who will continue using positive, gentle handling to help build her confidence. Quiet walks suit her best, and seeing her tail wag as she heads out is a huge achievement.

    For UK adoptions, adopters/fosterers are asked to help with transport by meeting part-way. Adoption fees are reduced for UK dogs, and fosterers receive fuel reimbursement. Transport can also be arranged if needed at the adopter’s expense.
