    📍Based in Northumberland

    🐾Name: Baxter
    🧸Age: 2.5 years old
    💙Gender: Male
    🐕‍🦺Size: Medium/Large

    ❣️About Baxter:
Initially, Baxter is a nervous boy, but once he settles Baxter is a very happy and loving boy who is his absolute most confident when he is outside. Baxter can initially be nervous with new people, but as soon as he realises they’re safe he loves cuddles!! He loves to meet new dog friends on walks and is very polite to the new dogs he meets! He loves to tug his toys and loves to play with his ball!

Baxter is a very intelligent and eager to please boy. He enjoys learning (but particularly enjoys the yummy treats that follow!) He already knows sit, paw, other paw, double paw, down, roll over, stay, here/come, this way and kiss. He is also fully toilet trained and leash trained, he can pull at times on walks when he gets excited, but this isn’t consistent. He sits and waits for vehicles to pass.

🏡What sort of home does Baxter need:
Baxter would be best as the only dog in the home as sometimes he struggles to share those spaces with dogs who aren’t calm. He can live with cats with slow introductions and could live with dog savvy teenagers with experience around nervous dogs.
He needs a home with plenty of space due to his size and access to his own private garden so that he can have as much outdoor time as possible when not on walks. He needs a home that can understand his nerves and patiently and lovingly nurture him through these issues and get him to the confident boy that we know he can be!

    🎾Favourite things and fears:
Baxter loves to go on walks and have cuddles. But he is scared of sudden and loud noises and new and unfamiliar environments.

    🩺Medical information:
Baxter is a healthy boy with no intolerances and is currently fed Harringtons adult. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and wormed, brucellosis and 4DX tested.
