🐾 Meet Buddy, Your Future Best Friend! 🐾
⭐️ADOPTIVE HOME NEEDED⭐️
🐶 Name: Buddy
📍 Location: Kent
💙 Gender: Male
🎂 Age: 4 years
📏 Size: Medium- 19KG
❤️Buddy is a handsome 4½-year-old pup weighing 19kg, full of personality and love just waiting to be shared with the right home
🧡He’s an energetic boy who absolutely lives for his walks, zoomies, and tasty treats! Once he’s had his fun, Buddy settles into a calm, affectionate companion who adores being brushed and will happily roll onto his back for belly rubs, his not-so-subtle way of asking for attention
💛Buddy has some adorable quirks too, when someone leaves the house, he’ll carefully “borrow” one of their shoes or slippers and tuck it into his bed. It’s his sweet way of keeping them close until they return
He’s clever and well-trained:
✔ Fully toilet trained (no accidents in the house!)
✔ Knows commands like sit, paw, and wait
✔ Will patiently wait to eat until told
✔ Walks on a lead, though he can be a bit strong and may pull
💚Buddy also loves his treat Kong and will bring it to you when he wants it filled—smart and food-motivated!
🏡 Ideal Home for Buddy:
– Adult-only home (no children)
– No other dogs
– Can live with cats
– Experienced owner who understands his needs
⚠️ Buddy does need some management around food, he should not be in the room when people are eating, as he may try to guard human food.
🐾 Buddy’s Allergy Care
Buddy has a skin allergy, which means he’ll need ongoing care to keep him comfortable, but it’s very manageable in the right home.
He currently takes a daily tablet called Apoquel (Atopease) to control his symptoms. Like many dogs with allergies, he may have occasional flare-ups. If this happens, treatment can vary depending on severity and may include medicated baths, antibiotics, or short-term steroids, all guided by your vet.
Buddy will need regular vet support, including check-ups around every 6 months while on medication. A yearly blood test is also recommended to make sure his medication isn’t affecting his internal health. His allergies are a lifelong condition, but with consistent care and guidance from your vet, Buddy can live a happy, comfortable life.
🩺 Health
Buddy is in great health and has been:
✔ Neutered
✔ Fully vaccinated
✔ Microchipped
✔ Flea & worm treated
✔ Brucellosis & 4DX tested
