๐Ÿพ๐Ÿก Adopt Gloria, Your Shy but Sweet Companion! ๐Ÿก๐Ÿพ

๐ŸŒŸ Meet Gloria, a charming 8-month-old female pup weighing 12kg, looking for a loving forever home! ๐ŸŒŸ

    ๐Ÿถ Personality:
Gloria is a gentle soul with a shy and skittish demeanor. While she may take some time to warm up, her heart is full of love waiting to blossom with the right family. She adores outdoor playtime but feels most secure in her cozy crate indoors. Gloria is sensitive to sounds and quick movements, tending to retreat when feeling scared or overwhelmed. She is still learning to trust and hasn’t been introduced to commands yet.

    โค๏ธ Favourite Activities:
Gloria finds comfort in snuggling with a small teddy bear or a shakeable toy that reminds her of a mouse. These simple joys bring out her playful side and help her feel secure.

    ๐Ÿšฝ Toilet Training:
Although not fully toilet trained, Gloria shows promising progress, preferring to do her business outside with minimal accidents indoors. With continued guidance and consistency, she will master this skill in no time!

    ๐Ÿ• Training Progress:
Gloria is not yet lead trained, as she feels uneasy with a harness and lead. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key in helping her overcome her fears and build confidence on walks.

    ๐Ÿšช Crate Comfort:
While not fully crate trained, Gloria finds solace in her crate as a safe haven. With patience and positive associations, she can learn to view her crate as a cozy retreat for relaxation and security.

    ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ฆ What home she needs:
Gloria has interacted with a 10-year-old child, showing signs of skittishness but no aggression. With gentle introductions and a calm environment, she can gradually acclimate to younger family members. She can also be homed with other dogs and cats with slow introductions. She needs access to her own private garden as currently is still fearful of walks.

    ๐Ÿ˜จ Fears and Calming Techniques:
Gloria is fearful of loud sounds like the washing machine and strong winds, seeking refuge in her crate when anxious. Providing a quiet and soothing environment, along with gentle reassurance and comforting gestures, can help ease her fears and build her confidence over time.

โš•๏ธGloria is a healthy girl and is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea & wormed & brucellosis tested.
