    🐾 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢:
Mali is a sassy and spirited black beauty with a heart as big as her personality! Despite only having three legs, Mali is a force to be reckoned with – she can outrun most four-legged dogs and has a zest for life that is truly infectious. Her resilience and joy for living life to the fullest make her a special companion. Mali is a super special dog and will no doubt make someone a very loyal companion. She does love to give the puppy dog eyes to get what she wants, she knows it works!

    🚶‍♀️ 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬:
Mali is an active girl who loves long walks and adventures. She can walk for miles and for hours, making her the perfect partner for someone who enjoys exploring the great outdoors. Mali’s energy and enthusiasm will inspire you to get out and about, creating unforgettable memories together.

    💕 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
This cuddlebug is a true sweetheart who thrives on human companionship. Mali enjoys digging and also loves playing in water! She also loves to run around, play with toys (especially balls!), and snuggle up on the couch for some quality downtime. Mali’s playful and affectionate nature will bring warmth and joy to any home. Mali is very friendly with humans and will always jump up for a cuddle, even with the children in the park.

    🏆 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Mali is a very intelligent girl who responds very well to training, she knows several commands such as sit, ground (lie down), wait (at roads), spin, stay (for photos!).
Mali has very good recall unless she sees something more interesting like a squirrel!
She is crate trained and will sleep in her crate overnight. She is also toilet trained although this could regress slightly in a new environment.
Mali travels very well in a car and will happily sit in the back with a seatbelt that goes over the headrest attached to her harness.
Mali is very good on the lead although can pull occasionally, she is best walked on a slip collar or a martingale collar.

    🐕 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬:
Mali can display very occasional reactivity, although this has only happened a handful of times in the last 8 months she will require an adopter who is confident in dealing with this, but with patient guidance and support, she has shown vast improvement. The foster is available to provide valuable insights on managing this behavior and helping Mali feel more at ease. Mali can be a bit cheeky and may test boundaries, she loves food so used to counter surf to see what she could find! She hasn’t done this for many months now but is something she may try to get away with in a new home! Mali will benefit from an adopter who is consistent and firm in continuing her training. While she generally gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playtime, she prefers playmates who are up for some rough and tumble fun.
Mali also has some anxiety when going to the vets and requires lots of reassurance.

    🏡 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Mali would thrive in a cat-free home due to her instinct to chase cats. A child-free environment is recommended, although supervised interactions with visiting children are welcomed, as Mali enjoys their company and affection as she often seeks out their company when at the park. Mali is sensitive to loud noises and fireworks, seeking comfort in her crate with soothing music. She handles being alone for 5-6 hours well and eagerly greets her humans with tail wags and cuddles upon their return.

    🏥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡:
Mali is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, microchipped, flead, wormed, brucellosis and 4DX tested, and spayed, ensuring her health and well-being are prioritized. Mali is ready to embark on a new chapter with a loving family that will cherish and care for her.
