    ❣️About Rico:
    Rico is an extremely affectionate boy, who is most happy in the company of his caregivers. He has a playful and bouncy nature, he loves playing with his toys and going for nice long walks.

    🧠Training:
    Rico is an eager to please boy and loves to learn, he knows sit, paw, lay down, come and stay. He is also fully toilet trained and leash trained.

    🏡What home does Rico need:
    Rico could be homed with female dogs under 10kg, but couldn’t be homed with male dogs or dogs above 10kg as he is very fearful of bigger dogs. He also needs a cat free environment as he does chase cats. He can be homed with children 5+. He has been described as extremely kind and gentle when around children. Rico needs a patient and understanding home who will be willing to work through his anxiety with him and give him all of the time and space that he needs to settle in. Due to Rico’s fear of other dogs, he will need access to his own private garden, as a communal garden would only make this issue worse for him.

    🎾Favourite things and fears
    Rico loves playing with his toys, going for long walks and having lots of fusses. But Rico is scared of bigger dogs and generally suffers from anxiety.

    🩺Medical information:
    Rico is a healthy boy, but does have anxiety. He is intolerant to grain and pigs ears. He is currently fed wainwrights grain free kibble with pedigree pouches. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and wormed, brucellosis and 4DX tested.

    🚘For travel we ask fosterers and adopters who are Interested in UK based dogs to meet at a half way point with my current home, due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary but this is at the adopters expense.
